The new OS265 DIP range utilises an SC cut blank allowing enhanced temperature and aging performance in a small package. Stabilities as low as 10 ppb over the temperature range of -20 to +70 degrees Celsius in a package height of only 8.5 mm. Frequencies range from 10 MHz to 100 MHz, with low phase noise and excellent aging. The oscillator is designed for 3.3v or 5V operation.
