The new OS265 DIP range utilises an SC cut blank allowing enhanced temperature and aging performance in a small package. Stabilities as low as 10 ppb over the temperature range of -20 to +70 degrees Celsius in a package height of only 8.5 mm. Frequencies range from 10 MHz to 100 MHz, with low phase noise and excellent aging. The oscillator is designed for 3.3v or 5V operation. To review RFX capabilities, please visit their web site or contact Custom & Wireless Sales.
